art ici cherche des personnes créatives ayant une pratique artistique active et qui veulent présenter leurs travaux dans des environnements non-conventionnels.
Quoi ? Travaux dans le médium qui vous passionne et qui se présentent aisément dans un parc. Les œuvres doivent être déplaçables facilement. Nous louerons un fourgon pour la fin de semaine.
Où ? Dans le Parc Jarry, proche du gazebo du coté St-Laurent.
Quand ? La fin de semaine du 19-20 Septembre 2020. 10h - 18h
art ici veut utiliser l’art qui existe dans votre studio, maison ou cerveau et le montrer ailleurs pour permettre au public de le voir sans s’y attendre. Ces actions/installations s’inscrivent dans une volonté d’être familier et engagé avec l’art. Étant donné le caractère improvisé de l'exposition, vos travaux devront s’adapter aux circonstances et aux espaces choisis. L’équipe du Grand.e Festin d’art ici sera présente sur place pour faciliter l'installation votre travail dans l'espace. Soyons clair.e, il est important que vous vous sentiez à l’aise avec notre approche et que vous soyez excité.e.s par la nature imprévisible de ce projet.
Le but d’art ici est de trouver des alternatives. L' Grande Festin d’art ici n’est pas prédéterminée et sera surprenante!
Toutes les activités seront tenues dans des espaces populaires, accessibles, inclusifs et sans frais d’admissions. De la nourriture vegan sera servie au public.
Les artistes qui se joignent au festin recevront une compensation monétaire basé sur du nombre de participants.es . Le budget total destiné aux honoraires des artistes et 2,500 CAD.

Call for collaboration
art ici is looking for creators who would like to present their work in a transient art environment. painters, drawingers, performers, sculptors, musicians, poets, all artists welcome! If you bring art objects they may be installed on trees, grass, paper walls, or other ways. Use your imagination!
We will take care of your work as best possible. We aim to explore alternative and unusual ways of presenting and making art, given the rough and tumble approach, it is necessary for you to have an appreciation and an agreement to this way of working and presenting.
These exhibition-installations are with the intention of creating space and time for accessibility and involvement in art.
Where? In Park Jarry, in the south-east area near the St-Laurent Gazebo. Click map.
Closest street corner is St-Laurent and Villeray. Nearest metro station De Castelnau.
When? The weekend of the 19th & 20th of September 2020. 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
The event will be held for two days.
Our crew will have a cube truck for the weekend, so,
we could pick up work, for the exhibit saturday morning
hold on to it for the next day's exhibit
and can deliver it back on monday.
art ici wants to bring your art from your studio, home or brain and display it for the public to see. Please email us about your commitment to join the festin and tell us something about the art work you want to present so that we can better prepare for the installation of art objects and scheduling for performances.
Everybody is accepted.
Food will be served!
Any participating artists will receive compensation (CAD 2,500.00) split amongst each other. Participants will receive their artist fee on Monday, the 21st of September.
